Freedom Commercial Real Estate is offering accredited investors the opportunity to purchase interest in our Freedom CRE Fund. Our focus is to acquire properties that have long-term leases guaranteed by publicly traded, high-credit tenants. We will acquire assets for the duration of the fund on an ongoing basis. As such, investors will maintain a fractional ownership in all the commercial properties acquired by the fund.
Prospective tenants include tenants such as Dollar General, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Kroger, CVS Pharmacy, and others. All the leases will be either NN or NNN, meaning low to no overhead for the fund. As leases come up for renewal, our team will work on reviewing the lease and executing a capital event for investors to maximize returns.
