
Freedom Commercial Real Estate is offering accredited investors the opportunity to purchase interest in our Freedom CRE Fund. Our focus is to acquire properties that have long-term leases guaranteed by publicly traded, high-credit tenants. We will acquire assets for the duration of the fund on an ongoing basis. As such, investors will maintain a fractional ownership in all the commercial properties acquired by the fund. Prospective tenants include tenants such as Dollar General, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Kroger, CVS Pharmacy, and others. All the leases will be either NN or NNN, meaning low to no overhead for the fund. With over 8 years of expertise in private equity real estate investing, Zane has managed a portfolio of six commercial real estate funds and over 70 assets, totaling more than $700 million in assets under management. He’s also a partner in $300 million worth of commercial real estate and directly oversees $175 million in commercial assets. Zane's approach focuses on using innovative strategies to maximize investor returns and build lasting wealth. A former professional hockey player, Zane graduated from Liberty University with a degree in business marketing and management. After graduation, he went on to play professional hockey for three years in North America and Europe. Zane attends Eastside Community Church in Dallas, TX. His biggest goal in life is to create a non-profit organization that funds Christian missionaries around the world. Zane has brought on a team of incredible industry veterans to help his investors maximize their deployed capital with institutional-grade retail assets.
