Strong underwriting discipline, transparent reporting, and a clear capital structure are key indicators of fit. Background checks and deal documentation are reviewed as part of onboarding.

Most offerings are live within 5–10 business days following kickoff and receipt of approved materials. Complex creative or regulatory review may extend timelines slightly, but our team coordinates all deliverables to maintain momentum.

All investor inquiries generated through your listing and campaigns belong entirely to you. Relli’s concierge team qualifies and routes high-intent investors directly to your calendar while maintaining transparent reporting and CRM notes.

At the Expansion and Institutional tiers, Relli manages fully compliant investor lead campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using sponsor-approved creative. You control the monthly media budget, while we handle targeting, optimization, and performance reporting.

Relli operates on simple monthly tiers: Foundation (Marketplace Access), Expansion (Lead Engine), and Institutional (Turnkey Raise with dedicated SDR support). Media spend is billed separately and set at your discretion. All plans are month-to-month and can be paused or upgraded anytime.

Relli is a technology and marketing platform, not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. We follow FINRA/SEC-aware marketing standards, use version control for all materials, and only distribute sponsor-approved content. Sponsors remain responsible for offering compliance and disclosures in coordination with their counsel.
